The lucky things flew to South Africa for the shoot and look at what fun they had. He couldn't even resist a cheeky flash for all you girls and guys, but you'll have to watch until the end for that.

Pretty spring pasta

I had the prettiest lunch today. Look at this flower pasta! It's perfect for spring and it tasted wonderful, too. For a split second it even made me want to make my own pasta (do you?)... but nahh I'm too lazy.

I was equally impressed with the peppermint tea. They brought me a pot of hot water and... a bunch of leaves. I was a bit sceptical but it worked!

Look at our lovely Ming Xi in this 70's inspired shoot from the March issue of Vogue China. She could have jumped straight from the glamourous Studio 54 onto the pages of Vogue. Ming never gets it wrong and this is no exception, although we could probably dress her in a paper bag and she'd still work it!

Happy Birthday to the wonderful Hannah Noble! Today is her 17th birthday and we are very pleased to be celebrating it with her. Hannah Noble was discovered at last years EML competition, where she went on to become a finalist. Since then she has gone on to have huge success within the industry walking for Christopher Kane, Prada, PPQ and Roksanda Illincic to name but a few and shooting some stunning editorials for Dazed & Confused, i-D, Wonderland and most recently Vogue Turkey. We are very proud of our homegrown girl and hope she has an amazing birthday!

Vogue Italia | Julia Saner

We immediately fell in love with this stunning editorial and promotional film from the March issue of Vogue Italia. Shot by the ever amazing Steven Meisel, it stars Elite Model Look superstar, the beautiful Julia Saner. Entitled 'Wasted Luxury' and with a touch of the Secret Garden, it seems to be modern interpretation of a Victorian painting and we think Julia's doll-like charm, complete with ethereal make-up completely makes the whole shoot.

Trend of the Week / Helen McCusker

Helen McCusker popped into the agency last week and we were loving her take on androgyny. She paired her leather skinnies with a big boxy suit jacket and finished it off with some emerald green velvet chelsea boots. Helen can't do much wrong in our eyes and we think she is absolutely rocking the look!

Earthquake in Japan

I have been glued to CNN all day. I can hardly believe my eyes when I see all the shaking - ceilings and windows crashing down - and the sheer force of water washing away cars and buildings with such "ease"; they looked like my son's lego.

And the thought of something like 13 million people "stuck" in Tokyo, unable to go home (to the suburbs) because there is no public transport... Just imagine?!

And one event affecting - according to CNN - 20 other countries... tsunami warnings in Hawaii, the West Coast and as far away as South America! Unbelievable.

It is so incredibly scary and sad. My thoughts and prayers go out to all of those suffering in Japan.

Ellen Gibbons: I used to stand outside Lincoln Cathedral to busk with my violin when I when I was 14.

EG: A cinema, I thought it would be really fun but my job mainly consisted of tearing tickets and scraping salsa and popcorn off the floor.

The East meets West inspired shoot was shot by Alexi Lubomirski, with the props and styling helping her portray a glamourous tourist in early 20th century China. The saturated colours add to effect that everything oriental seems alluring to Western eyes. And Constance looks just as alluring to us!
